Branding

Crown Meadows Brand Identity

For crown meadows, the goal was to refresh the Washington winery’s image to draw in a newer crowd of young guests to the event space as well as their attached gift shop of local artisan goodies. I wanted to elevate the branding so that it felt inviting and luxurious. I drew inspiration from Spanish architecture and explored the origins of the winery’s name. crown ties to the idea of royalty with deep, wealthy colors while “meadows” remains light and natural. I created a brand identity guide with these themes in mind; this includes the wine labels and business cards.

Crown Color Palette and Mood

The teal and dark orange contrasting colors provide juxtaposition with the warm neutrals, creating a modern and cozy aesthetic. Color psychology suggests that teal represents balance and elegance while dark orange evokes feelings of comfort and warmth.

Geometric accents add a trendy feel to the homegrown and rustic elements. While at Crown Meadows, one can enjoy the simple things; spend time with friends and family, and support local and gourmet wares. The warm and cool tones of the color palette enhance the duality of modern architecture with traditional Spanish influence.
